I have worked for City District for seven years now, including as the HR Manager for the last four years. I have a First Class BA Honours Degree in Hospitality Management and an MA in Human Resource Management, with CIPD Level 7. I started working for CDL in 2011 as a Waitress, worked my way up to Restaurant Manager by 2013 and set up the company’s HR Department as the HRM in 2014. I have worked in the hospitality industry since I was 16 years old - in a varety of companies, positions and locations - and love working for an outstanding company that really understands and cares about its people.
