Jacqueline worked with InterContinental Hotels Group for 15 years, prior to establishing her own consulting business, which she ran for three years. Jacqueline then moved to Hong Kong and joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as Head of Organisational Development. Following eight years in Hong Kong, she returned to London and where she continues in a global role as Vice President of Organisational Development with MOHG.
At Mandarin Oriental, Jacqueline is responsible for the implementation of the Organisational Development strategy and her key priorities includes: Performance and Talent Management, Leadership and Talent Development and the ongoing implementation and alignment of HR systems and processes. She also oversees the Learning & Development function and the development of the MOHG Colleague brand.
